ST. EUSTATIUS--The St. Eustatius government has reached a major milestone in its financial management. For the first time since becoming a special municipality of the Netherlands in 2010, the island has received an approved audit opinion on its annual financial statements.

The deadline for retrieval is Thursday, July 31.

CAY HILL--The National Institute for Professional Advancement (NIPA) celebrated its annual graduation ceremony last Friday, which featured 99 out of the 122 students who received their diplomas and certificates this year across a range of technical and vocational programmes.
