PHILIPSBURG--Soualiga Action Movement (SAM) Member of Parliament (MP) Franklin Meyers on Wednesday firmly denied ever seeking to keep Theo Heyliger in jail, saying he has never made such a statement about Heyliger or other people who have been arrested, including O’Neil Arrindell and Frans Richardson.

IMSPSON BAY--Winair marked its 65th anniversary on Sunday with a stakeholder celebration in St. Maarten, bringing together government officials, aviation and tourism representatives, business leaders, employees, shareholders and partners to reflect on the airline’s six-and-a-half decades of regional service. PHILIPSBURG--The government is planning additional parking capacity in Philipsburg and supports a broader parking management framework that could include designated zones, paid parking, permits and stronger enforcement, Tourism, Economic Affairs, Transport and Telecommunications (TEATT) Minister Grisha Heyliger-Marten told Parliament.
