SUCKER GARDEN--The NAGICO Business League basketball team has been deposed. After successfully winning the past four competitions in a row, NAGICO has fallen.
Team GEBE won the Simple Basketball Business Tournament held at Melford Hazel Sport and Recreation Center Sunday. Caribbean Liquors placed second and NAGICO finished third.
A total of seven teams competed in the fund raising event sponsored by GEBE and Jump Up Casino. Fielding teams in addition to the three top finalists were Rouge et Noir Casino, RBTT Bank, Haven Sanctuary and Manrique Capriles.
The next Business League competition is scheduled for the end of March.
