There is an easy way to find out – or to stop whatever might be going on: Whenever your husband goes over to your neighbour’s house to fix something, go with him to keep her company while he is working (or “working”).
That should put a stop to any possible hanky-panky – unless you end up joining them in a “three-way.”
Either way you will know exactly what is going on, and will have the final say about it.
