I suspect that my daughter’s husband is cheating on her with a young woman where he works. He works all kinds of hours and doesn’t come home ’til late and she just accepts his lame excuses because she is so busy with their children.

It is quite possible that nothing wrong is going on, or if there is, that your daughter is well aware of it and chooses to ignore it.
If she says anything to you about it, suggest professional counselling – for both of them if your son-in-law will cooperate.
But if your daughter does not say anything to you, MYOB!
