Senior Carnival Queen Shanice Powell captured first runner-up in the Miss Venus International pageant held in Anguilla on Saturday night. Powell also won Best Interview and Best Cultural Speech. She thanks everyone who supported her and her team. She said, “We do this all over again at Miss Jaycees in Antigua at the end of July.”
