MARIGOT—The Collectivité of St. Martin has the pleasure to inform the public that the sports ground in Concordia located adjacent to the Territorial Library and Archives on Rue Jean-Luc Hamlet has been completely refurbished and is now open for use.
The renovation has been made possible by co-financing from the Collectivité and the State in the context of the Development Contract between State and Collectivité.
The Department of Youth and Sports came up with a renewed concept for the facility based on the desires of the youth. The complex comprises two mini-football fields, basketball court, volleyball court and six bowling pitches for Petanque.
It is open every day from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Public lighting will be installed this September which will allow play to continue until 10:00pm.
The Collectivité encourages the youth to make good use of the facilities.
