Dear Editor,
It is hard to believe that the Minister of VROMI gave his blessing for Jansen to become technical director at SMHDF, when this same Minister was complaining a couple of months ago that the Supervisory Board was not functioning and that he wanted the whole board to resign. What happened that he changed his mind now?
Is the VROMI Minister cutting deals? What deals the other board members are to get?
It is very worrisome because Mr. Edelmiro Jansen does not have any background in this field. His previous job was at VROMI. What qualifications does he have in construction/ repair? None...zero.
Does the VROMI Minister know that there are three candidates that did apply for this position and that they are fully qualified and have 10 times more experience than Jansen?
Does the VROMI Minister know that a company was paid a year ago to do a preselection out of 15 candidates?
Does the VROMI Minister know that the board was covering things up for the General Director Helen Salomon?
The answers to all these questions are Yes!
Is this “cutting deals” to get the board members to resign? What’s in it for me to resign?
Minister of VROMI you are heading the wrong way. Time will tell and what is happening in the dark at SMHDF will come to light sooner or later.
This is the people’s patrimony and not the milking cow for some few.
