Today through Wednesday midday: East-northeast to east with a gentle to fresh breeze of 11 to 20 mph, becoming gusty at times.

 

SYNOPSIS:
The strengthening Atlantic high pressure ridge will generate brisk winds across the region. Low level moisture moving within the wind flow will result in occasional cloudiness and passing showers during this forecast period.

Additionally, moderate to rough seas are expected with waves peaking near 8 feet for the next several days. As a result, a small craft advisory is in effect. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.
