PHILIPSBURG--Starting Monday, June 11, Windward Islands Bank (WIB) customers who log on to its Personal Online Banking portal will experience a change in this service.
WIB has improved the online banking platform which will not only make it more attractive to the eye, but also easier and faster for their customers, said the bank. These changes also include the WIB Mobile App. Customers will be prompted to update the App when they log on. Once the App is updated, the new version of the WIB Mobile App will give much more functionality on smartphones and tablets.
With time being limited, online transactions are now so common there has been a huge increase in the number of customers who make use of Online Banking Services for payments and transfers. Now these transactions can be done from the comfort of your home on a computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
