SYNOPSIS:
The Atlantic high pressure ridge is the dominant feature, generating dry air which is restricting significant precipitation mostly across the northern Caribbean. A weak low level disturbance will pass and produce scattered showers across south of the Region. This could push passing showers over the local area.

Tropical depression four has formed in the far eastern Atlantic and will likely become Tropical Storm Danny later today; as it continues to move west to west-northwest towards the Lesser Antilles.
It has a high, 90% chance of further developing within the next 48 hours and a 90% chance within the next 5 days.
