This afternoon: Generally cloudy, hazy and breezy with scattered showers.
Tonight through Tuesday morning: Partly cloudy to cloudy, hazy and breezy with isolated showers possible.

SURFACE WINDS:
This afternoon through Tuesday midday: Easterly with a moderate to fresh breeze of 14 to 20 miles per hour, and higher gusts possible.

SYNOPSIS:
The tropical wave affecting the Caribbean will continue to produce scattered showers and breezy conditions are expected over the local region today. Some of these showers may be heavy at times and street-flooding is likely. Residents and motorists in areas prone to flooding and rock falls should use caution.
Seas are peaking near 8 feet, and expected to continue subsiding today. Small craft operators and beach goers are advised to maintain caution.

STATE OF THE SEA: Moderate to Rough WAVES/SWELLS: 5 to 8 feet

SPECIAL FEATURE: A tropical wave passing through the Eastern Caribbean Islands still has a low chance of formation within the next 2 to 5 days. Regardless of development, this system will continue to cause showers and possible thunderstorms.

OUTLOOK through Wednesday morning: Partly cloudy to cloudy, hazy and breezy with isolated showers possible.
