Satellite data indicate that Grace no longer has a closedcirculation and is now an open wave. At 1100 AM AST (1500 UTC),the remnants of Grace were located near latitude 14.5 North,longitude 49.0 West. The remnants are moving toward the west near18 mph (30 km/h) and this general motion is expected to continueover the next couple of days. Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with highergusts. Little change in strength is expected over the next day ortwo. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1008 mb (29.77 inches).
