SYNOPSIS:  

A surge of moisture at the lower level of the atmosphere associated with a surface trough, will increase the probability of showers across the region.

Seas are expected to gradually subside tonight. High Surf and Small Craft Advisories remain in effect until 6:00 am tomorrow. Small craft operators and sea-bathers are advised to exercise caution.
