Thunderz win 10th straight, Kings continue playoff push

ST. EUSTATIUS --The Young Kings won their third straight game against the Lions and jumped out to a 6-5 record and dropped the Lions to 5-6 with just three more games to play before the start of the St. Eustatius Softball Association playoffs.  


  Lions and the Young Kings played the first game at the Frederick “Sonny” Cranston ball field on Saturday.
 The game was a nail-biter as both teams were tied in 5-5. The Young Kings were victorious 14-13.
   Thunderz won their 10th straight game. They defeated the City Boys 22-14. The top 4 teams will advance to the playoffs. The standings as of Saturday were 1. Thunderz (10-1), 2. Young Kings (6-5), 3. Los Tiburones (5-5) and 4. Lions (5-6).
