St. Maarten defeated Curacao 1 in the Kingdom Baseball Tournament in Aruba Monday. Team St. Maarten won 3-0.
St. Maarten is scheduled to face Curacao 2 Tuesday morning and Aruba in the afternoon. St. Maarten will face Netherlands Wednesday morning and the competition final is set for Wednesday afternoon. The tournament, open to players age 12 to 17, is the initiative of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Kingdom Relations Ronald Plaster and is being organized by the Ministry of Justice of Aruba and of the Netherlands.
