St. Maarten Little League celebrated All Star weekend at the Ballpark on Pond Island Saturday. The festivities featured two games and a fund raising BBQ for the Selection team that will travel to the Latin American Championship in Puerto Rico next weekend. Action began with the age 10 and under All Stars. Stars from the Marlins and The Daily Herald faced Stars from the Scotiabank and Braves. The Marlins-Herald combination won 8-7. In the second game the Little League Senior Team faced the Piper Davis training squad. The Seniors won 4-1.
