The basketball and volleyball courts in the Jean-Louis Vanterpool Stadium, Marigot, will soon be completely under cover as part of a 2.3-million euro renovation of the stadium.
The metal frame structure has already been erected. Lighting, electrical wiring, repairs to the courts, and locker rooms will be installed before equipment and materials are moved in. The project is expected to be completed at the end of April 2017. Albéric Richards Stadium in Sandy Ground is already open for business again after a 1.1-million euro renovation.
