Eighteen Dynamics Track Club athletes and their Coach Abdul Wathley along with support staff travelled to Curacao to compete in the 25th annual Track and Field meet Tuesday.
The games are taking place from July 4 to 11. The team take part in relays, field and sprinting events as well as long distance and road races. The meet is a stepping stone for the younger athletes and gives them an opportunity to compete regionally. The Minister of Education, Culture Youth and Sport (not in photo) Silveria Jacobs wished the athletes much success as the they continue to make their parents, coaches, and country proud. The Head of the Department of Sports, Jonelle Richardson was at the airport to see the athletes off and wish them much success.
