TEXAS--Martin Maldonado drove in three runs with a double and a solo home run as the visiting Houston Astros asserted themselves in their first at-bat and rolled to a 9-2 victory over the Texas Rangers on Wednesday afternoon at Arlington, Texas.

ROTTERDAM-- Lively forward Noa Lang scored his first international goal and Memphis Depay got a last-gasp winner as group leaders Netherlands secured a dramatic 3-2 victory over Wales in their Nations League A clash at a festive De Kuip in Rotterdam on Tuesday.

Netherlands held by Poland after Memphis penalty miss

ROTTERDAM--The Netherlands came from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 with Poland in Rotterdam on Saturday evening. Memphis Depay had the chance to decide the Nations League game late on but he missed from the penalty spot.
