I would like to say congratulations to all those talented youngsters that were part of last night’s [Saturday – Ed.] show! TelCell Breakthrough, great show! Well attended, Outdoor venue proper!
But a disappointment to the maximum, when it comes to your panel of judges. Were they even qualified?? Didn’t they witness the professionalism in the vocal display that Tyra Liburd, finalist #11, brought on stage? Her voice projection, her charisma, her stage presence, her vocal ability, her performance as a whole stood out.
Instead you’ve selected for this category: a popular song performance that was not impressive at all, it was repetitive and didn’t display the ability of the finalist’s voice.
What were the criteria used in this segment? Or is this just one more of the disadvantage of being a participant of the French side?
