Preparations were in full swing as Festival Village transforms into Carnival Village.
Booth-holders moved into the village this past weekend to get their places of business ready for Thursday evening’s opening of the Village. Nine booths are out of commission, but the damaged booths will not stop the fete season. One booth-holder said this Carnival season will be extra special.
