Members of the St. Maarten Carnival Development Foundation (SCDF) attended the recently organised Carnival Tabanca party at Soggy Dollar Bar and were able to unwind after organising the 49th annual Carnival festivities.
SCDF President Alston Lourens thanked the Foundation members for their dedication and continued support for organising Carnival in St. Maarten.
