Local television programme St. Maarten in Retrospect (SIR) recently recognised several persons and organisations with its “Unsung Heroes” award for its 20th anniversary show on November 11.
Among those recognised were the St. Maarten Lions Club, former Fire Chief Winston Salomon and nurse Monique Gumbs.
