SYNOPSIS:
The Atlantic high pressure ridge is the dominant weather feature restricting significant precipitation over the North Eastern Caribbean area. However, moisture and instability associated with a tropical wave passing through the Region will account for cloudiness and showers, mostly south of the Region.
Sea conditions are currently slight to moderate. A gradual deterioration is expected with highest activity possible over the upcoming weekend. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution. Advisories or warnings will be issued whenever they become necessary.
