The combination of a surface trough and favorable upper level conditions will maintain an unstable atmosphere. As a result, cloudy periods, isolated showers and possible thunderstorms could be expected across the region. Some of these showers may be moderate to heavy. Therefore, residents and users of areas prone to flooding are advised to be vigilant.

Seas are expected to remain moderate through the next few days. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.
