Close to 3,000 Carnival-lovers attended the Shaking Off Irma local Carnival concert on Thursday. St. Maarten Carnival Development Foundation (SCDF) invited local bands to come and play for residents who wanted to forget all about Hurricane Irma and be thankful that St. Maarten/St. Martin is bouncing back stronger than ever.
