School repairs

After inspections were conducted at the various public schools where some of the planned maintenance had not been completed, a rigorous maintenance plan has been put in place to get the maintenance done within the next two weeks.

“School will still commence regularly. However, we would like to have the scheduled maintenance repairs completed to ensure that the teachers and students are starting off the school year in a positive and refreshing environment. As a Ministry, it is important to try our best to provide conducive working and learning environments for the students, teachers, management and staff,” said Minister of Education Silveria Jacobs on Wednesday.
