SYNOPSIS:
A strengthened Atlantic high pressure system will generate mostly moderate winds across the region. A relatively drier and more stable atmosphere will limit precipitation today. However, a brief local shower remains a possibility during this forecast period.
Increased wave heights and long-period swells will affect local waters during the next couple of days. Hence, High Surf and Small Craft Advisories will remain in effect until further notice. Small craft operators and sea-bathers are advised to exercise extreme caution.
