SYNOPSIS: 
A relatively drier atmosphere is resurfacing across the local region, therefore limiting significant precipitation. However, the weakening Atlantic high pressure system will maintain brisk winds during this forecast period.

Small craft operators and sea bathers should continue to exercise caution as seas are expected to peak near 9 feet before subsiding later today.
