The strengthening Atlantic high pressure ridge is the dominant feature across the region. However, patches of moisture transported across the local area will account for occasional cloudiness and a few isolated showers; mostly during the overnight to morning hours.
Marine conditions will remain moderate throughout today. From tomorrow northeasterly swells will spread across the region and cause seas to deteriorate. Additionally, increasing winds will keep waves elevated for several days. Small craft advisories will be issued when warranted.
