SYNOPSIS:  
Lingering moisture and instability associated with a frontal system and a surface trough will cause cloudy periods and isolated showers across the region. Further, the Atlantic high pressure system will continue to generate brisk winds.

Sea conditions are expected to gradually deteriorate and peak near 9 feet. A Small craft advisory is in effect due to rough seas and high winds. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.
