SYNOPSIS:
Moisture and instability associated with an approaching tropical wave will replace dry air across the region. As a result, tonight into Monday an increase in cloudiness with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms can be expected across the local area.Showers may be moderate to heavy at times, therefore, motorists and persons living in low-lying areas should remain vigilant due to possible street flooding and localized flooding. Meanwhile, the Atlantic high pressure system will maintain light to moderate winds across the local area.
Seas up to 5 feet and winds up to 15 knots are expected for the next few days.

SPECIAL FEATURE:
An elongated area of low pressure is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms midway the Cabo Verde Islands and the Lesser Antilles. Slow development is still possible during the next few days. This system is currently moving west-northwestward at about 15 mph across the tropical Atlantic.
