The most recent edition of this newspaper’s editorial titled “Still missing” turned out to be incorrect, as a flag was placed back at Bell’s Lookout Point on Cole Bay hill Wednesday morning. Inquiries were made Tuesday after noting some work done on the lights at the flagpole, but no indication was given that the four-month wait for a “new” flag to replace the old one ripped apart by strong winds in early February would be over, at least for June 13, St. Maarten Flag Day. The author is obviously “happy to be proven wrong” in this case.
