St. Maarten Ombudsman Nilda Arduin (third from right) recently participated in annual consultations with her Dutch Kingdom counterparts hosted by Curaçao.
Before that she attended the general meeting of the Caribbean Ombudsman Association CAROA held in Bonaire (photo). The regional organisation’s newly installed board consists of chairperson Victoria Pearman (Bermuda), vice-chair Keursley Concincion and secretary/treasurer Raymond Mathilda (both Curaçao), Arlene Henry (Jamaica), Sheila Bratwaite (BVI) and Marion Blair (Antigua and Barbuda).
