MPs meet today on ordinance to accept draft kingdom law

 

PHILIPSBURG--Members of Parliament (MPs) will meet in a plenary public session today, Thursday, to discuss the draft National Ordinance to accept the draft kingdom law from Member of the Second Chamber of the Dutch Parliament Roelof van Laar, amending articles 14 and 38 of the Charter of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

  The meeting was adjourned on November 19, 2018, due to a lack of quorum. Today’s session is scheduled to start at 2:00pm.

  The public can follow the deliberations in person in the General Assembly Chamber of the House of Parliament located at Wilhelminastraat #1 in Philipsburg. Minister of General Affairs Leona Romeo-Marlin will be present.
