AIRPORT--Princess Juliana International Airport Operating Company has a new chairman. Gary Matser, who was head of the holding company, was voted in as the operating company chairman on Friday.
Ludwig Ouenniche, who also serves on the airport holding company is the holding company's vice chairman.
Holding company chairman Michel Hodge was voted in as secretary of the operating company.
The dual roles of the holding and operating companies' board members is seen as a way to coordinate efforts and provide continuity.
