Police reminded the public on Monday that in connection with the large number of unclaimed scooters and motorcycles confiscated by police for traffic violations or for other investigations, the following dates and time have been set for the owners of the vehicles to come forward and claim them.
The dates are Wednesday, August 22, and Thursday August 23, from 11:00am to 2:00pm. Only those persons with valid documents to prove ownership should come and claim their scooter or motorcycle. Persons without any valid documents not be eligible to receive any of these vehicles. To claim any of these scooters or motorcycles on other dates will not be possible, according to police. The scooters and/or motorcycles that are not claimed will be disposed of.
