KLM to resume direct flights to St. Maarten

~ Airline celebrates 100 years ~

 

AIRPORT--KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will resume direct flights between Amsterdam and St. Maarten starting Sunday, October 27.

 

KLM will execute two flights per week to the island from the end of October until mid-January. The frequency will increase to three times a week from mid-January to late March. The exact flight days are not known as yet.

  KLM makes use of an Airbus 330 with a capacity of 246 passengers on the Amsterdam-St. Maarten route. The newly-refurbished aircraft features a new business class with seating for 18 passengers.

  The airline celebrated its 100th anniversary on October 7. The occasion was marked with a special treat for all persons travelling on the airline between October 6 and 9.
