MARIGOT--The Gendarmerie said Wednesday it had found the lifeless body of missing person Gilbert Richardson near the horse riding stables at Le Galion and has called off the search. It added he died of “natural causes.”
Richardson was reported missing since Sunday, May 14, 2017, when he was last seen walking at Le Galion. A source said he suffered from Alzheimer’s disease and may have simply got lost and confused.
The Gendarmerie extended its condolences to Richardson’s family.
