Governor Eugene Holiday administered the oath of office on Wednesday to Jules James, who will be deputising as Member of Parliament (MP) in place of suspended MP Theo Heyliger.
Holiday underscored the importance of working together to foster the wellbeing of the people of St. Maarten and wished James strength and wisdom in the fulfilment of his responsibilities.
