The flagpole off Cole Bay Hill has been drawing the attention of cruise passengers.
Tour buses continue to stop regularly at what was referred to as the “Harold Jack Lookout Point” for tourists to take photograph. Now, instead of only the rolling hills and landscape unfolding below them, tourists are also snapping photos of the St. Maarten flag fluttering on the flagstaff erected after Hurricane Irma.
