Who said no one reads newspapers anymore? That proved not to be the case when a photo of this section of guardrail, crumpled and posing a threat to pedestrians, was published earlier this week.
The dangerous situation, highlighted by a photo from a regular walker, was remedied by authorities soon afterward.
