This is the scene that greets cruise-ship passengers when exiting Dr. A.C. Wathey Cruise and Cargo Facilities.
The sidewalk is crowded with hawkers of island tours, vehicle rentals and other amenities. In the past, this level of congregation outside of the port was discouraged to prevent harassment of cruise passengers.
