The network highlights women Caribbean tourism professionals. Evans has been director of Belair Beach since 2018. Previously, she was the long-time General Manager of Summit Resort in Cupecoy. She has been an active SMTA board member for more than eight years and represents SMTA on the tripartite committee that advises government on labour matters. Evans holds a bachelor's degree and two master’s degrees, including one in education that she recently completed.
