Curaçao held its 43rd “Marcha di Seú” on Sunday. The cultural parade to celebrate the harvest season is usually held on Easter Monday but was moved up six days because of the CARIFTA Games hosted by the island April 16 to 17. Participants in colourful folkloric attire danced their way from Rooseveltweg to Plaza Brion to traditional music. This year’s theme was “It rained and Mother Earth gave.”
