In a press release issued Sunday evening by the National Recovery Program Bureau (NRPB) Minister of Finance Ardwell Irion was erroneously quoted as saying “There are some final legal hurdles that we have to take, but I’m confident that with the support of all involved parties, including the bondholders of the airport, we are able to sign the relevant agreements in the coming days.” This was supposed to have read that the agreement may be signed in the coming weeks and not days. NRPB apologized for any inconvenience or confusion the error may have caused.
