Richardson was born in Aruba on June 30, 1946, and lives at 9, Around the Pond, in French Quarter. He was seen for the last time on Sunday, May 14, at Le Galion. He was on foot and suffers from memory loss. He is 1 metre 86 in height, thin, with grey hair, brown eyes and a small moustache. He was wearing brown long pants and a clear checked shirt at the time of his disappearance.
