Carnival Cruise Lines returned to St. Maarten on Monday with cruise ship Carnival Sunshine coming into port. Passengers were greeted with a warm festive St. Maarten welcome from Dow’s Steel Pan Band, stilt walkers and carnival revellers.
Carnival Pride will be in port today, Tuesday. Carnival Conquest will come in on January 23. Another five calls from Carnival ships in February. Carnival is one of the destination’s strategic partners and has been a committed cruise stakeholder for several decades. Port St. Maarten is "delighted" Carnival has returned to the regular schedule.
