PHILIPSBURG--Out Island Charters has been named the 2016 Caribbean’s Leading Tour Operator for St. Maarten by Carnival Cruise Line.
Out Island Charters, a family-owned company, started in 1987 and operates many tours including the Golden Eagle Catamarans and The Explorer Cruise and Island Drive.
